It has been over 10 years since I last bought a car , so I was very apprehensive when I walked into the showroom. But when I met the salesperson Tom Woodhouse I was immediately put at ease. From that point the whole experience was excellent.

Always made welcome when I go to mini south lakes for a service, provided with a quiet comfortable place to work, along with refreshments and regular check ins to make sure I'm okay.

Car serviced as promised in the time advised. Comfortable seat and WIFI whilst waiting. (pretty expensive for an oil change - I opted not to take the service package as I prefer shorter oil change intervals)
