friendly staff. Ash was very helpful when we collected the car. Tom has been so helpful throughout our ordering and purchasing of the mini. He clearly explained all the options, dates of purchase and kept us upto date throughout production. Thank you

I bought my mini through the Motability scheme and Sarah Walsh looked after me throughout the whole process. Here approach was superb from start to delivery.

I asked if they would pick up/return my mini, we only live 5 minutes away, but was told no. My wife's Audi garage in Lindale do this for free. I elected to wait for the service (90 mins) but was never offered a coffee. Minicam was left disconnected

Recently my car bumper was damaged when another car backed into it. The Mini Centre took care of everything, from taking care of the insurance, organising a hire car, and repairing my car.

To be honest, the reason I used it was because my brand new car broke down which wasn't ideal but the service department dealt with the problem and recovery, brilliantly

Length of time to get parts and complete repairs. After being in got a week I was told car was ready in the morning and arrived at 5pm to a dirty car. Advised my disappointment and car was washed. No interior clean at all.
