The vehicle has been with you for 6 days for a replacement tyre. That may have been completed swiftly and successfully, but the car is still yet to be delivered back to me, and I've had zero communication to explain the delay.

Recall done efficiently. Mechanic extremely helpful about computer problems but Mini UK need to get on top of problems- not Lloyds' fault
