I was in for a while you wait service which I was told would take up to 1 hour 30 minutes but I ended up waiting over 2 hours dus to a delay washing my car. This happened also happened on my previous visit.

It was good to be able to stay at the garage whilst the survey took place. The staff helpful and friendly. The coffee and biscuits were appreciated. The complimentary clean maybe not as good as there was dirt left in the boot and hadnt been hooverd.

The windscreen wipers were replaced and charged for yet I had just replaced them not a month ago. My partner asked you to check them as he dropped the car off but he had forgotten they had been fixed. Did the engineer simply replace without checking?

New tyre fitted, customer service couldn't have been more helpful, price as quoted, all great. Tyre pressures were not checked, all 4 tyres, when vehicle was returned, had different pressures and I had to adjust/reset them on my way home.

This was the third visit for the same issue. The outcome was a quote £2,305 for a new Turbo, when only a single part was required. The part cost me £203 and fitting was £147. £2,305 from LLoyds Mini versus the real cost of £350 - that's pretty sharp.
