Sarah was amazing as usual, probably even as excited as we were the day we picked up our new Aceman! Sarah was very helpful and patient in helping us to initialise our 'keys' and 'profiles' to get the best out of our Mini experience, great tips too!

South lakes Mini are a great dealership with very helpful salespersons namely Tom Woodhouse. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that the car wasn't as clean as it should have been when picking it up especially having £599 for ceramic.

Wasn't advised in advance that my car would be there for 2 days. Also I was contacted 2 days after my car had been at the service department for 2 to notify me that a break fluid change was due. Very frustrating this wasn't picked up whilst there

Poor communication to give me information as to where Mini were up to with my car, plus my Mini was returned to me dirty! Not even an ask whether I'd like a quick clean (this usually happens) Initial recovery & communications were prompt & helpful

The staff are lovely and very helpful but as calls to mini get passed to the BMW side if Mini is busy it does mean that you end up re- explaining the same issue to different people

Our problem was water ingress. We are still trying to dry the car out and I think the carpets should have been lifted as the underfelt is absolute soaking. Most of your customers will not have the means to completely dry the car
