Cannot fault my visit at all. Only problem , it's a little far to wander anywhere while the service is being carried out
Engineer was very honest about the position of the wing mirror following our incident with a deer. He pointed out that there could be more internal damage to the mechanisms controlling the position of the mirror. Another appointment was made.
Always a thorough service with complimentary wash/hoover whilst not waiting too long
Built a rapport with staff who make sure I'm looked after and kept informed. Work to car (this time wheel change over) done and car washed and vacuumed Brilliant
Lloyds South Lakes took over from Batemans and have continued to provide a perfect service. They retained most of Batemans staff and they know what their customers want.

Completely dissatisfied. How I could be charged £400 just to replace brake pads, which is not difficult for any competent mechanic is beyond me.

Great service from local centre...slightly let down by delayed delivery and poor communication along the build route.
No feedback during the day I had to chase up status of the service and I turned up at closing time as still not heard anything. Then ended up waiting and the car couldn't be washed as it was too late
MOT was fine but follow up poor. I had to call back twice to get promised quote for brakes sent to me and have still not received promised info about service plan
Had a front and rear dash cam fitted.Rear camera was not working the day after,which could have been my fault due to loading suitcases into boot.Rang garage on 27th March but still awaiting a call!Took car to a friend who fixed it.

The new mini arrived very quickly and had everything we'd asked for on the day we picked it up. Louis gave us a run through of things that had changed since my previous model but that wasn't much so change over really only took about half an hour.

It took 2.5-3 hours to replace the tyre but I was told it would take up to 1.5 hours.

I was lied to me about my MOT (or non MOT should I say) and the service centre tried to sell me tyres that were not needed.
issue is that the two times I have had the car serviced I have left with a fault showing. Current fault is on the passenger airbag being disabled. Will be bring back this week to be looked at.
No courtesy car. Having to take time off work is a bind. But reasonably quick.
