Friendly staff, went out of their way to see we got the deal we wanted. Delivery was as promised. Only thing I'd have liked was an online "order tracker" like VW have, where you can follow your new cars build progress.

told I would received video evidence of any issues found, I was not given any, had a bill of over £550 for new brake shoes and brake discs after only approx. 37K miles of use, The MOT had failures and advisories when the car has been serviced.

I didn't give 5 stars as the receptionist suggested I had an air conditioning service which had been completed the year before, I suppose easily done but if I hadn't remembered I would have had something I that wasn't required.
I have always had good service when visiting Lloyd South Lakes.
Job done very quickly and to my satisfaction was offered a valeting on shown to a comfortable waiting room with refreshments and a selection of papers.
I did not deal directly with the Mini Centre. It was done through the breakdown service

Would have been more, but they never rang to say work was completed. I received no paperwork. I chased this up but have still not received any. Scott is very reliable at collecting my car and returning it.
