I would have given 5 stars but the complimentary clean wasn't of a very good standard .it was only cleaned on the outside . I recently took our other car a Vw to the local garage and the clean they gave it was exceptional inside and out .

Very friendly , made me feel relaxed. Gave a loan car, and I like Ferrero Rocher on the desk! Debbie was particularly kind . My son booked it in as I had no phone signal and he was in a very good mood after conversation with her! That says a lot.

The car was booked in for 1.30 we were there early and waited but the car didn't go in until at least 2.10 ! It came back after being washed with Ad Blue down the back side (was washed off). Loud member of staff in showroom not discreet on phone.

My only criticism is over a damaged alloy wheel. I can't take the wheel off at home as the driveway is on a hill. The car has to be taken to Morecombe by myself. Very odd. Why can't wheel be taken off at the Mini centre? Picked up by somebody

I am willing to accept that you may not be able to hold wide ranging spares for tyres but a presume that a tyre pressure monitor is a fairly generic part and should be in stock. This would have saved me having to attend for a third time.

Very good service. Ryan looked after me well when waiting for my car, he fuelled me with coffee whilst I worked from the waiting area. The engineer gave a good account of the state of the car and worked on it in an efficient manor.

I needed to wait for my car to be motd and serviced as my partners car was off the road unexpectedly. I was fitted in first which I was very greatfull for. The staff member made me welcome and supplied coffee and somewhere to work with my laptop.
