It has been over 10 years since I last bought a car , so I was very apprehensive when I walked into the showroom. But when I met the salesperson Tom Woodhouse I was immediately put at ease. From that point the whole experience was excellent.

I did ask for the tyre pressure sensor to be reset but this was not done. I had to ask for a cup of tea, it was not offered.
