Chris was helpful & attentive throughout. He was very informative & patient when showing me the car on handover. There was a glitch with the IT systems which meant the paperwork had to be signed again but all sorted efficiently without delay.

The salesman Ash Fisher, gave me great service. He helped me choose the perfect car for me. When I picked the car up, he helped me set everything up on my Mini app. He talked me all through the new controls on my car.
